Breakfast Boats

Easy use of leftover baguette for a fast with every one other accompanied by distinctive breakfast ovum vessel treat. I used a day-old baguette extremity which was fair the just size. If you have more, you tin build 4 servings.

Breakfast Boats Ingredients

  • 1 (6 inch) baguette end, sliced horizontally into 2 halves

  • 3 large eggs

  • cup grated Cheddar cheese

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 slices chopped cooked bacon, divided, or additional to taste

How to Make Breakfast Boats

  1. Preheat the stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet accompanied by aluminum foil.
